We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company to support their project in China.

Responsibilities:
Engage with high level customer for IP network consulting, planning and design.
Analyze customers business requirements and work out service solution
Provide high-level communication and presentation support for major service bidding projects.
IP + Optical multilayered planning (multi level planning methodology, capacity coordination, collaboration survivability).



Qualifications/Skills Required:
More than 8 year’s work experience in telecom industry, world class operators or incumbent vendors or well-known service providers.
Bachelor or above degree major in communications science or related field.
ITIL or eTOM certificate is highly desired / CCIE or JNCIE certificate is preferred.
Familiar with IP technologies including IGP/BGP/MPLS/HA/QOS/Multicast/Traffic Engineering, IPv6 protocols and evolution technologies.
Experienced with network roll-out tools, such as CNC, OPNET, WANDL, Cariden (WAE).
At least 1 recent references with leading operators in the area of network planning or Innovation department work experience. Familiar with operator’s network construction and maintenance procedures.
More than Director level customer engage experience is preferred..
Capabilities and experience in IPv6 evolution, which includes consulting for IPv6 transformation strategy, IPv6 readiness assessment, IPv6 technologies selection, is highly desired.
