Responsibilities:
? Providing Engineering and Maintenance support
? Act as a Multi-Vendor Fix Network Planning manager
? Duties include Multi-Vendor Fix Network maintenance engineer related tasks
? Direct interface with customer for technical questions, project kick-off
? Weekly reporting and monthly maintenance reports
? Responsible for handling technical cases on ticket system and keep tracking these problems during the whole resolving process
? Responsible for network performance and capacity management, network change design, implementation and reporting internally and externally
? Weekly meeting with customer planning department
Qualifications:
? At least 5 years wireless engineering experience with GSM or WCDMA of Huawei Equipment
? Experience for whole engineering period: Preparation phase, pilot phase, implementation phase
? Experience for Huawei equipment site solution, implementation procedure
? Experience of Huawei radio network planning
? Sound technical background covering the installation, commissioning and integration tasks for 2G/3G
? Demonstrated subcontractor and operator management and negotiation experience
? Strong commercial experience and ability to co-ordinate with various departments and stakeholders at all levels in a professional manner.
? Ability to work in an intercultural environment.
? Fluent communication in English
