Responsibilities:
? Secure delivery process according to delivery process in the network build.
? Take a leading position in process issues within the delivery project.
? Handling the interface towards sub-contractor
? Direct interface with customer for technical questions
? Weekly reporting and monthly maintenance reports
? Responsible for handling technical cases on ticket system and keep tracking these problems during the whole resolving process
? Responsible for network performance and capacity management, network change design, implementation and reporting internally and externally
? Weekly meeting with customer planning department
Qualifications:
? At least 5 years Radio network planning & optimization experience
? Extensive 2G/3G knowledge (Especially U900, Re-farming)
? Huawei engineering delivery project TL experience
? Focus on technical issues - familiar with basic principle of RF with more experience on troubleshooting, performance issue analysis and solutions
? Communicate with senior level management and report the status of projects.
? Ability to perform job functions to standards under pressure of tense situations
? Ability to provide clear, written and verbal reports
? Willingness to take ownership of customer solutions and make them successful
? Fluent communication in English
