Manning Global is recruiting an Civil Work Team Leader for our client, a global leading telecommunication company, to be based in Benghazi / Sebha, Libya.

Responsibilities:
? Manage subcontractors’ tasks of the customer mobile network; manage subcontractors for other projects, e.g. site / system acceptance, integration, etc.
? Monitor subcontractors performance regarding documentation of plan dates and execution of tasks.
? Perform regular meetings with subcontractors on weekly basis to agree on work plans for the upcoming weeks and review past performance.
? Monitor the execution of planned tasks of the subcontractor on a daily bases.
? Regular reportings to client and management of the project progress status.
? Perform authorization requests and obtain the necessary documents for the implementation of projects (electricity networks, telephone, roads).
? Evaluate the benefits and select suppliers and / or providers belonging to each trade (civil works, supplies, service providers) in connection with the purchasing department.
? Ensure proper implementation of security procedures with the H&S coordinator.
Skills:
? Minimum 5 years of Civil Work experience;
? New sites build and existing site adaption experience;
? Site survey knowledge;
? Advantage if any Huawei project TL experience.
