Position Title: Senior CS Digital Contents Manager

Responsibilities:
- Senior Digital Contents Manger will be responsible for maintaining, running and validating web contents as a Quality Assurance point for the Customer Service (CS) department
- Ensure timely and accurate creation and translation of online CS contents (web) to support business needs
- Work through project life cycle of CS contents development, including analysis, review, QA, and maintenance
- Maintain good and strong relationships with all key liaisons
- The direction of activities associated with contents creation and translation
Qualifications:
- 5 + years of experience with digital contents, and experience with being in a senior management role for minimum of 2 years
- Candidates with big brand experience or knowledge of the consumer electronics industry preferred
- Strong experience in working with the creative community, agencies, talent, and production companies
- Experience with utilizing analytics/data and QA process to monitor, evaluate and optimize web content performance
- Knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and web traffic metrics
- Issue resolution and escalation (JIRA experience preferred)
