Hey guys, we're looking to commission an artist to complete a 4-page mini-comic that is part of our bigger 'universe.'We're currently doing a comic that tells a story over a few issues, which will first go up online before going to print. To break up the main narrative (and to give our main artist a break), we're doing side-stories set in the same universe, that explore parts of it that we wouldn't ordinarily see.
The idea is that instead of a beginning, middle, and end - we look at a 'moment.' Different characters, different setting, different narratives; all expanding different areas of our universe. While we want your own artistic interpretation, it would still need to look like it belongs in the same project (if you visit www.kabushistudios.com, you'll get an idea of style).
This story sees a soldier experience a moment of clarity during a battle on an alien planet.
Our budget for this is about $USD.
