Proteus Europe is searching for an IT Scrum Master for a Web Development project with our clients based in Brussels, Belgium. This is a 3 Month contract role.Our Client :-
Our client is, as the first universal direct bank, a strong player on the Belgian market. The bank provides its customers with a wide range of financial products and services via the distribution channel of their choice (click and face). Our clients customers are based in retail as well as private banking clients, as well as small, medium and large enterprises.
Your New role :-
- Lead a DevOps team (analysts, developers, testers) of 10 people in an Agile way using Scrum.
- Provide with the team estimates and a global planning for each new Feature and deliver on commitment.
- you look continuously for improvements to deliver in an even more efficient way and deliver an even higher quality.
- you the IT sparring partner of our business : you understand the goal and message of the customers and contribute in providing solutions for their requirements.
- you are a team player who works together with experts from other domains who will deliver components that you will incorporate in your solution.
Your Skills and experience :-
Essential Skills :-
-you have 3-5 years of experience as a scrum master
-experience in functional / technical analysis and development of Sales oriented WEB applications for end customers in the financial sector
-a basic knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, .Net development, SQL, Angular JS
-good knowledge of IT basic principles used in WEB applications
-good knowledge of SOA (Service Oriented Architectures)
-good knowledge of data modelling
-familiar with Scrum driven projects in a polyvalent DevOps team
-good communication skills
-you have an excellent written and spoken knowledge of English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is an asset
Desirable Skills :-
-passionate about new media, internet and other distribution channels
-great in designing concepts that add value to the customer experience
-a great scrum manager who knows how to coach a DevOps team
-analytical and detail oriented, you dont submit on quality
-proud of your very tangible results
