Proteus Europe is searching for a Business Analyst who can speak fluent French or Dutch for one of our Public sector clients based in the Netherlands.Our Client :-
You will be working with an important public sector EU government body that provides services across the EU Union. They pride themselves on their public service to the whole European community.
Your New role :-
As Business Analyst you understand fast the objectives and the scope of the project, what the client has today and where he heads for.
You gather the user requirements through different techniques (documentation, meetings, trainings, etc.) and you define the scope and requirements in a functional documentation.
Taking into account all the quality constraints, you take an active role in the creation of the adequate solution for the client.
You support the experts in the definition of the technical constraints and in the design of the solution.
You are an actor of the project progress, constantly in relation with the client and the project delivery team.
You report to the project manager, or you can act as the project manager on smaller projects.
Your Profile:-
- You have a master in computer science or equivalent valuable experience
- You have several years of experience in functional design and analysis
- You are pragmatic and solutions oriented
- You have excellent communication skills and you can write complex documents and deliver persuasive presentations
- You are flexible, pro-active, structured and quality oriented
- You speak Dutch or French and English
Your Skills and experience :-
Essential Skills :-
- You have strong analytical and synthetical skills
- Previous experience with Business Process Modeling is an asset
- You have a good experience in UML
- Previous experience with Business Process Modeling is an asset
- Previous experience of modelling tools, such as Sparx Enterprise Architect
- experience in requirements managements tool(s)
Desirable Skills :-
- Java
