The successful Mainframe/Microfocus - Solution Architect will have the following skills & experience:
SUMMARY:
- Expertise in Mainframe/Microfocus Cobol (Hands-on)
- Able to coach Mainframe/Microfocus Cobol developers and advise them how to implement
- Check on use of Cobol principles/Coding standards/Code quality
- Advise on Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment
- Ability to take technical control of the environment
- Good Communication
