Proteus Europe is searching for a Dutch Speaking Developer/Tester using Oracle Apex for our client based in Brussels, BelgiumOur Client :-
The Ministry of the Flemish Community (MVG) was from January 1, 1983 to January 1, 2006 the official organization of the Government of Flanders, where the Flemish Government policy is implemented. The ministry was divided into departments were headed by a Secretary-General. The departments knew another subdivision in administrations. The administrations were led by a Director General.
Your New role :-
Development and testing of the application to support the file handling Naric and the newly launched application module. Together with other internal apex developer you are responsible for the hervormig existing application so that it better meets the new needs and processes.
Besides the program will also test and preparation of test scenarios are an important part of the tasks.
The developments should happen in Oracle Application Express (APEX). To generate documents using DOXXY
Your Skills and experience :-
Essential Skills :-
- Minimum 3 years experience in the development in Apex
- Knowledge of Doxxy is a plus
- Education (Bachelor min.) With technical / engineering or economic background or equivalent experience.
- Communication skills and experience with teamwork and project-oriented work.
- able to work independently
- Experience in Agile driven environment is a plus
- experience with the preparation of test scenarios
- Experience with system and user testing
- Extensive knowledge of APEX and other necessary purpose programming languages: Jquery, PL / SQL, SQL, JavaScript
- Development experience in a team
-Experience and open to XP techniques (collective code ownership, test driven development, pair programming, ...)
-actively want to think along with the functional analysts and provide feedback. Good knowledge of requirement analysis and design concepts. Can filing requirements and determining impact requirements; translating requirements into system designs and / or specifications
-Can work within an imposed architecture and other guidelines
- Experience with test scenarios, system and user testing
