Agile, Engagement project manager/scrum master
Next Ventures are currently executing a search for an experienced Agile project manager with strong skills and exposure in working within Customer IT Roadmap programs as well as project leading the New Delivery Model for the nordics.
Should have worked as an ENGAGEMENT MANAGER in past or held such responsabilities
Functional skills:
Agile project manager/scrum master
Certified scrum master.
Excellent knowledge of running scrum projects using JIRA and Confluence.
Experience sharing agile initiatives through the whole organization.
Familiar with the clients processes and values.
For all individuals: required fluent English (spoken and written).
Supplier should share our core values: deliver value, transparency.
Familiar with Project processes and way of working
Familiar with goals of the New Delivery Model and supporting those
Live and foster the values according to the Scrum Manifesto
Scrum Master maximize the value created by self-organized Scrum Team
Learning and sharing Agile practices, and helping maintain the Agile culture.
Leading continuous improvement in your team and the broader game.
Facilitate learning through workshops, meetings, and team offsite.
Collaborate with the Agile community across the entire organization to share ideas and best practice.
Being a servant leader, coach, facilitator, mentor, helping the client in transforming into an agile organization.
Manage the stakeholders around you, both through managing client expectations as well as internal stakeholders.
Experienced in working within the Customer Roadmap program as well as the New Delivery Model Nordics
