Analyst Investment Funds Modelling Portfolio Administration Deal Execution

Our client is one of the world's leading investment management firms. An opportunity has arisen to join the team responsible for building diversified private infrastructure portfolios through investments in infrastructure funds (primaries, and secondaries) and direct co-investments in the Americas, Europe and Asia, with a focus on the energy, utilities, transportation, and communication sectors.

The role will be supporting the commercial due diligence and the monitoring of infrastructure transactions (funds and co-investments)

Candidates should have a minimum working experience of 2-5 years, ideally in the infrastructure/private equity/investment banking sector

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deal execution supporting commercial due diligence and financial review, preparation of presentation and investment memorandum material for investment committee.

Modelling: developing and utilising financial models in order to analyses project opportunities and conduct bottom-up valuations

Portfolio administration: providing analytical support to general portfolio administration tasks

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Analytical and quantitative capabilities with regards to financial analysis, accounting and/or leveraged finance/project finance modelling
  • Persuasive and polished English written and oral communication skills
  • Able to manage workload effectively and deliver quality work on schedule in a fast paced environment
  • Advanced knowledge of standard software applications (power points, excel and word) as well as first experience with valuation tools (Capital IQ, Bloomberg)
  • Bachelor/Master degree in Finance, Business Administration and/or Economics or equivalent
