This opportunity will involve working for a specialist company which provide services spanning in design, Construction and Project Management to their portfolio of clients within the Commercial, Light Industrial and Infrastructure environments, with project values up to £50M
This opportunity would suit someone who is highly ambitious and knowledgeable within the Construction industry but also someone who has excellent experience of BIM/REVIT.
A varied role the CAD Manager role will include, but not be limited to the following duties:
- Management of a team of CAD/REVIT Engineers
- Developing detailed project drawings from conceptual stage
- Working closely with key business and project stakeholders
- Keeping up to date with knowledge of industry developments.
- Assisting the development and maintaining BIM documentations to ensure all is aligned with business policies.
- Support the design and delivery of BIM plans during the Pre-construction phase through the life of projects.
- Implement training across the business to raise BIM awareness and competence
- Keep up to date with changes within the industry and latest technologies available in the market to ensure the BIM strategy is market leading.
The successful candidate will have BIM/3D REVIT experience and will be able to demonstrate experience of managing CAD/REVIT Engineers.
The candidate prepared to lead from the front, continuing to produce detailed drawings and developing solutions, in addition to managing a team.
The candidate will have excellent communication skills and will be able to demonstrate experience of working in pressurized Project environments.
