Senior RNO Engineer

We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company, for a Senior RNO Engineer, to join their business in Tunisia.

Position Title: Senior RNO Engineer
Position Type: 3 months rolling
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Tunis, Tunisia

Responsibilities:
- 2G/3G Radio network design, dimensioning and planning.
- 2G/3G Radio network audit.
- 2G/3G Network performance monitoring and improvement, troubleshooting.
- 2G/3G Feature introduction to customer.
- Familiar with traffic migration and balance methodology for 2G/3G.
- Plan and coordinate activities with internal/external customers.
- Daily communication with customer for technical clarification.

Qualification
- Bachelor degree in Telecommunications/Networking.
- Good knowledge about Post processing tools like Genex Probe, Actix, PRS, U2000, NASTAR, OMSTAR, FMA, CME.
- Deep radio parameter and feature knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills in English(verbal and written).
- Able to work in high pressure and dynamic environment.
- Overtime if needed.
- Good adaptability and quick learner of new technical knowledge.
- Friendly, open-minded, motivated and responsible.
