ROLE TITLE: Programme Executive/Head of Service Delivery ( Cloud & Hosting ) FUNCTION: Enterprise Customer Solutions (ECS) LOCATION: Mountainview (Leopardstown, South Dublin) CONTRACT: 2 years contract
The Enterprise Customer Solutions (ECS) team enables the success of Irish and global businesses through building innovative integrated communications & IT solutions.
ECS operates with best in class capability for selling, building and running complex enterprise solutions including Cloud and Hosting managed services, high capacity bandwidth services, IPVPN, IP Telephony, Unified Communications, with specialist accreditations across vendors including HP, CISCO and AVAYA.
The is a key role in our Client team as a Programme Director with full P&L accountability responsible for leading the customer engagement and senior stakeholder management to deliver a large scale (€10m+) customer cloud and hosting fully managed service, including datacentres, total communications & high capacity bandwidth services.
Essential
Significant experience in delivering large, complex projects (€10m+)
Excellent senior stakeholder management skills, customer and leadership team engagement
Broad experience and understanding of Cloud and hosting delivery and managed services. Additional experience in delivering telecommunications/IT solutions and technologies, including LAN/WAN/Cloud/Unified Communications/Fixed Voice and Data solutions.
Experience in driving operational improvement including re-engineering processes, systems and tools to improve speed, quality and efficiency
Experienced at all aspects of complex programmes of work: business case, organisation, quality, plans, risk, change and progress
Strong leadership and motivational skills with experience in managing cross functional and virtual teams
Creative and innovative approach to issue resolution and conflict management
