1.Assisting Project director manage clients' requirement and design delivery strategy for Safe-city Project;
2.Take charge the project delivery solution improvement and technical management;
3.Take charge the project acceptance standard which match the industry standard with experience;
4.Able to represent Huawei to negotiation with clients for Safe-city Project solution, delivery strategy;
5.With ability of maintaining public relationship with high level clients;
Requirements
1.Over 5 years government project management experience, deeply understanding of safe city/government customer's requirements and business process;
2.Native/Fluent French speaker, able to speak English and good multi-culture communication skills;
3.Able to work and travel in Africa Regional;
4.Familiar with project implementation process
