BSS ConsultantWe are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company, for a BSS Consultant , to join their business in Tunisia.
Position Title: BSS Consultant
Position Type: 6 months rolling
Start Date: April 10th

Responsibilities:
- Work for EPC project: Hardware installations, commissioning, application and software integration (OCS, CBS, etc).
- Test activities: stand-alone test, integration test, acceptance test of applications and software.
- Technical and operations support for in service application and software elements.
- Application and software Bid support by producing deployment, swap and expansion solutions according to product features/ capabilities.
- Ability to create / update template documentation to reflect solutions provided.
- Analyze customer's existing systems to provide the necessary solution for their needs.
- Technical presentations and discussions with customers.
- Application and software Planning, Performance Analysis and Optimization.
- Design, installation and commissioning, integration, testing and troubleshooting.
- Negotiate time plan, tasks, etc. with colleagues and customer.
- Cooperate with project team and relevant department staff.
Qualification
- 5+ years experience in Carrier Software BSS Domain such as OCS, CBS and VAS Cloud
- Working experience in Europe/North Africa is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline.
- Full proficiency in both spoken and written English, Chinese is a big plus.
- Proven ability in the areas of written communication and presentation delivery.
- Experience in supporting CRM and Billing System is a plus
- Excellent spirit of offering good services to the customer.
