Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and analyzing radio network KPIs.
- Network planning and optimizing with LTE technology.
- Responsible for customer satisfaction in terms of quality of the network, holding routine communication with customers, familiar with methods of network optimization services.
- Making plans to improve network coverage and quality E2E
- Checking and optimizing configuration parameters, neighboring, etc.
- Outputting optimization reports.
Qualification
- 8+ years of international RF planning and optimization experience
- At least 4 years in LTE planning or optimisation
- Huawei RNO experience is Plus.
- Very good analysis capability for DT data.
- Bachelor degree or above telecommunications major.
- Excellent communication skills with customers and subcontractors.
- French, Arabic, English mandatory;
