Job Description:
- .NET, Microsoft SQL, AREV (Advanced Revelation), VBA
Acts as Point of Contact for the customer managing the AMS activities by coordinating the tasks that need be carried between onsite and offshore. - Strong C#.NET and SQL
- Resolving user's functional queries, requirement gathering and coordination with the customer IT/Business teams
- Bug fixes by doing root cause analysis, code changes. Minor enhancements to enhance user experience and reducing recurring issues
- Clearly articulates and documents business requirements
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools
- Strong proficiency with SQL and its variation among popular databases
- Knowledge of best practices when dealing with relational databases
- Capable of troubleshooting common database issues
Responsibilities:
- Batch monitoring
- Act as Translator-Translate clients' business requirements and Tickets to offshore and other stak holders.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
Key skills:
- Communication skills, candidate must have good written and spoken English, as well as the local language(Romanian) and other language like Russian, Czech
- Good understanding of SLA and Performance Metrics
- Knowledge of Quality and Continus Improvement Management
- Ready to Relocate
- (Primarily, Romania person who can travel to Czech for several months and then base in Romania Or a Czech person who is ready to relocate to Romania for most of the time)
Education:
- BSc., M.Sc or similar academic degree.
Languages:
- Fluent English & Romanian language skills must.
