Proteus Europe is searching for a Dutch speaking Test Specialist to join a prestigious client located in Mechelen, Belgium. This is a 1 year contract which will start at the beginning of July.Our Client :-
Our client is a company run by the Flemish government in Belgium to provide public transportation with about 3650 buses and 359 trams.
Your New role :-
The current ticketing system Prodata based on magnetic cards, introduced in the
early 90s. Meanwhile, this system has been industrially and functionally obsolete. Consequently, steadily, the operational reliability decreases, and a replacement of the system arises. This replacement will be effective after the completion of projects Bo and RETI. Bo represents board computer; The project concerns the eventual replacement of the current Prodata driver console, setting up a communication network and the completion of a number of support services provided by other projects can be used. Reti stands for - Registration and Ticketing Travelers the project embraces a new infrastructure for customer acquisition, sales, registration and ticketing, monitoring, data collection and management and revenue management.
Your Skills and experience :-
Essential Skills :-
- At least two years of practical experience in the ICT applications and testing using a test reporting tool;
- At least two years of practical experience in the preparation of a test plan and test scenarios;
- Both orally and in writing, a very good knowledge of the Dutch language
- Technical experience, performance and load testing (12.5 points);
- Practical experience with the bug and issue tracker tool (12.5 points);
- Practical experience with SOAP UI for the testing of the automation units (Java SOA), making it possible to quickly obtain a well-founded quality impression (12.5 points);
- Knowledge of (other than SOAP UI) specific test software and test tools (12.5 points
