Proteus Europe is searching for a Dutch speaking Business Analyst to join a prestigious client located in Mechelen, Belgium. This is a one year contract starting from the beginning of July.Our Client :-
Our client is a company run by the Flemish government in Belgium to provide public transportation with about 3650 buses and 359 trams.
Your New role :-
The current ticketing system Prodata based on magnetic cards, introduced in the
early 90s. Meanwhile, this system has been industrially and functionally obsolete. Consequently, steadily, the operational reliability decreases, and a replacement of the system arises. This replacement will be effective after the completion of projects Bo and RETI. Bo represents board computer; The project concerns the eventual replacement of the current Prodata driver console, setting up a communication network and the completion of a number of support services provided by other projects can be used. Reti stands for - Registration and Ticketing Travelers the project embraces a new infrastructure for customer acquisition, sales, registration and ticketing, monitoring, data collection and management and revenue management.
Your Skills and experience :-
Essential Skills :-
- The proposed candidate has a working knowledge of the Dutch language;
- The proposed candidate has a university or bachelor degree level (or equivalent experience);
- The candidate has (at least) two years of professional experience;
- The proposed candidate has experience as BPMN process notation;
- The proposed candidate has proven experience in using a modeling tool for documenting processes
- Knowledge of and experience with process analysis
- Knowledge of and experience with management as required Volere
- Knowledge of and experience with processes in the context of (public) transport
- Knowledge of and experience with Enterprise Architecture
