Proteus Europe is searching for a Project Manager for our client based in Brussels, BelgiumOur Client :-

Your New role :-
- Manage technical project meetings
o Manage and support technical definition of user requirements with external partners and internal services (NTS and NMOC)
o Ensure that technical and user requirements are fed into the relevant release processes as to ensure timely delivery
o Further develop the operational and technical concepts and requirements with the external partners and internal services
- Managing the administrative aspects of the project execution
- Set-up and follow-up of project reporting requirements based on the SESAR Deployment Manager
(SDM) and INEA guidelines
- Liaison with external project partners to secure correct reporting and follow-up
- Set-up and maintenance of the individual project plans with the external partners
- Planning and execution of progress meetings and related reporting
- Maintenance and follow-up of action lists
o Preparation of the financial claims per milestone for the Agency and the external partners as required
- Any other related task that is required and agreed with the Project Manager

Educational Requirements
Essential Bachelor degree or equivalent working experience in the relevant field of minimum 5 years
Languages
English oral and written excellent (essential requirement)
Technical / Professional Qualifications
Project Management qualification
Report writing (English)
Profound knowledge of MS office applications, specifically word, excel and MS Project
Experience / Skills Required
Proven experience in managing international projects with multiple stakeholders
Proven experience in financial management of projects
Knowledge on AOP/NOP and APOC concept
Knowledge about airport processes and Network Management
Good communicator
Desirable Skills :-
French working knowledge (desirable)
Experienced in multicultural environments
Knowledge about the Pilot Common Projects, SESAR and the Deployment Manager
