Proteus Europe is searching for a Programme Manager available for a s6 months contract in the NetherlandsOur Client :-

Your New role :-
Completion of a global IT Infrastructure integration program consisting of:
o One global Hybrid-Wide Area Network (WAN) service
o One Identity and Access Management system (IAM)
o One O365 (incl. Video streaming and Mobile Device Management)
o Global printing solution
o USA Data Center Co-location
o Manufacturing IT infrastructure Harmonization
o Fixed and mobile telephony
o One Video Conferencing System
o Infrastructure removal
o IaaS (cloud) services
Responsibilities
The Program Manager will be responsible for completion of the execution of the program and the integration services:
- Responsible for delivering the program within the agreed budget, and must drive delivering the savings supported by Sr Suppliers and Project Managers
- Responsible for the day to day direction of the program on behalf of the Program Board, including dependency and stakeholder management
- Has the power to make decisions within the tolerance levels agreed
- Responsible that the program delivers the agreed products
- Proactive and timely communication on expected changes to the program plan/milestones and present mitigations to prevent any delay
- Has to report risks and issues, and come up with mitigations/solutions to the Program Board and a monthly CFO reporting out
- Must keep in mind that the program/underpinning project objectives must be achieved with the delivered outcome
- Supporting project manager in their responsibility for training and hand-off to operations
Push on taking End-to-End accountability for the work which needs to be performed by vendors
Essential Skills :-
In- +15-20 years experience in international program and project management, managing large programs and projects in sensitive environments preferable in a fast-turning high demanding Technology driven company;
- Experienced in working in a global dynamic organization and migration program;
- PM who has earned his credits in running complex high cook pressure global IT merger and integration programs;
- PM should have a proven track record at large global companies, experienced in working with teams all over the globe, and is capable to advice/support building up a run-organization as well
- People Manager, understands how to work and lead multi-cultural project teams;
- Experienced in contracting and working with external partners;
- Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure solutions;
- Capable in explaining an IT infrastructure integration to different stakeholders, up to board level;
