Your New role :-
Service Delivery Consultant - Connectivity
You are the one that ensures an optimal operation of global IT infrastructure services from a connectivity perspective. You make sure our business is running smoothly and in case of an interruption or outage you make sure that the necessary measures are taken to solve the issue within the timelines.
Your Skills and experience :-
Essential Skills :-
- Be accountable as Support engineer for the good performance of all network, security and connectivity within the IT department. Understand the technical specifications and SLAs with 3rd party vendors with emphasis on network components (Cisco)
- Initiate service improvement activities to ensure stability and performance
- Takes preventive or corrective actions when necessary
- Ensure that all deliverables are compliant with the company architectural and security standards and guidelines
-Ensure audit items are addressed in a timely manner
- Ensures the execution of changes, in line with our change management process
- CCNA certified
- Knowledge off Cisco hardware
- Knowledge off Cisco Wifi solutions
- Knowledge off Checkpoint
- ITIL (at least foundation)
- BIG IP
