Java Web Developer (Full-stack) - Contract (West Midtown)
Small west midtown bleeding-edge manufacturing company with a revolutionary high-tech product is seeking a strong object-oriented full-stack Java developer to come in and tackle some new development!
In this approximately 6 month contract project, you will be tasked with a variety of work including: Java web services development (connecting the UI controls to their manufacturing tool) as well as UI/Front End development, plus Back End database integration to the service layer and UI.
You will work primarily independently but collaborate often with the two employee developers on architectural decisions, questions about the requirements/specs/desired functionality, etc. This is a tight-knit small company with limited documentation, so you will need to collaborate well to ensure you understand what and how they want you to be developing the solutions!

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's Degree (ideally: Computer Science/Electrical Engineering/Math)
- 5+ Years of Java Development (Java EE, EJB)
- REST Web Services/JPA
- HTML 5 & JavaScript - including jQuery & Angular (ideally Angular 1.5), & Bootstrap
- SQL Skills - Ideally within MySQL or SQL Server (queries, joins, triggers, functions, views)
- Experience working with a small team and independently under minimal supervision
- Excellent Communication & Documentation Skills
