3Gcom Consulting, Leader in outsourcing and consultancy service in the North Africa region is looking for OCS BPO Senior engineer Expert operation billing.
SOW:
1. Application Deployment and launch:
After the application is released, the onsite team shall deploy the version in test bed environment and lead UAT in OPERATOR test environment to ensure there will not be requirement miss-realization or impaction to existing functions/services.
Then the onsite team shall deploy the application to productions environment according to mutual agreed plan, then OPERATOR will verify the function and impaction in production environment. When production verification passed, OPERATOR will provide a system launch.
After the deployment, there'll be a mutual agreed stabilization period (45 days), during this period, the onsite team shall be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any potential issues might happen on in scope systems.
2. Service Solution Design
Either when the required application is deployed into production environment or the requirement can be supported directly by existing function on in scope systems, OPERATOR will provide test case to Vendor for the required Service Solution Design, Vendor shall design, develop, and verify the Service Solution Design solution in OPERATOR test environment, then submit both the solution and verification report to OPERATOR for review and approve. Vendor shall also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any issues during this phase. When a required service cannot be realized via only service configuration, which means it might need new functions or other vendors' support, Vendor shall inform OPERATOR to study the possibility together
Add new/modify existing configurations, ie Brand/Main Product, Package/Tariff, Recharges, Promotions/campaigns, as well as IVR rules/SMS notifications, etc. on in scope systems, according to OPERATOR's Business Requirements;
Service Launch
After the Service Solution Design Solution and test environment verification report are approved by OPERATOR, Vendor shall deploy the Service Solution Design to production environment by following mutual agreed plan, then OPERATOR will perform verification on the production environment, Vendor shall be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any issues during this phase.
3. Test Environment Management
Vendor shall provide following activities on in scope Test Environment systems:
Routine Operations:
Vendor shall perform Hardware Maintenance, Software Maintenance, Patch Update, etc.
Preventive Maintenance:
Vendor shall perform in-depth healthy check, abnormality correction/adjustments, tests, internal and external cleaning, as well as replacement/repair of units, boards, components, modules.
Support Interconnection with other network elements where it does not require development to existing functions on in-scope systems;
When a new network element will be connected to OPERATOR's in scope test environment, Vendor shall configure the test environment to support the network element owner on the interconnection; however, whenever the interconnection requires development, it can be fulfilled via application development service and application deployment service.
Fault Handling:
When a fault occurs on the in scope test environment, Vendor shall take proper actions to diagnosis and correct the fault
4. IVR Service flow configuration
Vendor shall fulfil Operator's requirement by configure based on Vendor IVR platform.
Deploy the configuration in test bed environment.
Test the functionality and features;
Launch it in Production.
