My Client a Leading financial organisation in Luxembourg is looking for a Transfer Agency Business Analyst to work on Operational readiness. The Ideal Candidate will have extensive knowledge of Transfer agency and would have ideally worked within operational readiness in their most recent roles.
You role would be to work within the operational readiness team in respect to client transitions together with preparing operating models for new and potential clients.
*Create operational readiness plan for all new clients for Middle Office activities, including Transaction Management, Derivatives Processing, Corporate Actions and Income
*Liaise with all operational areas to ensure processes, procedures and training are in place
*Create the service level agreements and key performance indicators in conjunction with the business units and clients
* managing all the post implementation issues to resolution
*Documented the operating model for two big client pitches, one of which was successful for Fund Accounting, Middle Office (including Transaction Management and Corporate Actions), OTC and ETD Derivatives
*Liaise with potential and existing client to understand requirements and define Northern Trust proposed solution
*Propose and document implementation timelines
*Liaison with custodians, transfer agents, underlying clients and fund accountants
*Documented business requirements documents, operating models and client service definitions
