Description
The successful candidates will be developed as a Supplier Onboarding Specialist in one or more of the P2P or Source to Pay eCommerce solutions: Ariba Network, Supply Network Collaboration (SNC) and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
They will be part of the EMEA Regional eCommerce Team deploying and enabling the eCommerce solutions with our EMEA supply base.
Key tasks and responsibilities will include:
*becoming a SME in one or more of the eCommerce solutions
*working closely with our Global and EMEA STP and Strategic Sourcing teams
*analysing and managing supplier spend and transaction data to determine the right esolution per supplier, and maintaining the project supplier database tool
*managing supplier communication, enablement, testing and training activities
*providing help desk support to suppliers and internal stakeholders
Skills, experience and key capabilities:
*SAP experience is desirable
*Experience of implementing eCommerce tools with suppliers (EDI, Ariba Network, SNC) is essential
*Experience of Sourcing and/or working with external partners and suppliers is essential
*Excellent project management & communication skills are essential
*Experience of working within a multi-cultural & International environment is essential
*Languages are desirable, preferably German or Polish
*Microsoft Office tools is essential, and candidates with specific Access Database skills and knowledge will be at an advantage
Qualifications
Minimum education to A-Level standard (or equivalent). Degree preferred but not essential.
