Development Manager
I am currently looking for a Development Manager to work based in Poland for a 6 month rolling contract.
Sales process development mission is to develop and share best practices for processes and tools and to provide guidance, benchmarking, KPIs and models for efficient Front End sales operations.
You will work remotely and travel onsite
International travelling is required within this role, as you will implement the solution in the countries.
Experience required:
- Knowledge: Background in Sales, has credibility and network in DM across operations and BUs, understands B2B market where DM is, IS Application management and development
- Skills: Process development and improvement, Project planning and management, Organization Change management, IS applications maintenance and development, Business analytics, Training skills, Good English written and verbal Communication skills and ability to interface with various groups in organization
- Experience: Mix of sales (process) with some IT orientation, mostly Project management/Process development
