Alliance Office Solutions is currently seeking an Accounting Auditor who is looking for an opportunity the Downtown Cleveland, Ohio area.
Job Duties:
- Operate computers programmed with accounting software to record, store, and analyze information.
- Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes.
- Debit, credit, and total accounts on computer spreadsheets and databases, using specialized accounting software.
- Review and extract data from client contracts and enter data into internal systems.
- Run tests to ensure data is accurate.
Job Requirements:
- Billing experience
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
- Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications.
- Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data.
Job Hours:
- 8am-5pm (M-F)
Job Type: Project based contract position (approx. 3mos.)
Job Pay:
- $10-$12/hr. (pay depends on level of interest and experience)
