Experienced business process consultant urgently required for greenfield telecom project.
Ideally the consultant will be eTom qualified/certified, but in the very least will be able to demonstrate solid/deep experience with capturing business requirements and then designing/documenting those process into a solid framework. Specific areas which will be covered initially relate to HR/Sales/Marketing - Although the scope may well extend to cover IT.
