The client requires a Siebel Consultant (with Telecoms industry experience) to start ASAP in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for 12 months+ to carry out: -
- Hands on design, implement and deploy Siebel solutions to achieve defined business goals in addition to maintain skills in Siebel application design and configuration, technical architecture, integration, testing and deployment.
- Estimate task and workload to achieve deliverables and goals
- Interacts regularly with Product Owners, E2E Architects, Developers, Application Support and Operations.
- Providing design documents, gap analysis, impacted systems for each suggested solution.
- Handle Siebel KPI monitoring based on business workflow and number of subscribers.
- Lead the testing for new deliverables, fixations, batches or enabling/disabling features across all system components.

- Review HLD/LLD
- Siebel application configuration plan
- Reviewed Technical Architecture
- Gap analysis report
- Acceptance Tests plan
- Siebel KPI monitoring report
- Reporting: weekly progress reporting, steering committees' preparation.
Candidate: -
- Telecoms industry experience
- Strong experience in Siebel Solutions.
- Leadership and proven ability for teamwork, Rigorous, Autonomous.
- Customer satisfaction control: communication, relationship optimization, expectations qualification, change management.
- Keen on facilitating the transfer of know-how and best practices.
- Ability to communicate and put forward recommendations in a smoothly manner.
- Attracted to multi-cultural environments.
- Ability to adapt to new environments and become productive quickly.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English mandatory.

Saudi Riyals per Month/£3,310 - £3,475 per month
