Description
Iconic is a one-man team, consisting of myself - James Kemp. I make WooCommerce plugins, free and premium, and have over 10,000 active customers.As a part-time Technical Support Specialist for Iconic, you will be communicating with customers regularly. You will be building relationships resulting in happy and satisfied users.
You will be able to provide up to 2 hours of support per working day. You will receive $20 - $30 p/h, based on experience.
Your role:
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Patience, grace, and a sense of humor.
- Minimum 1 year experience with WordPress/WooCommerce.
- Minimum 1 year experience with HTML.
- Minimum 1 year experience with CSS.
- Working knowledge of PHP and JavaScript.
- Ability to take technical lingo and make it understandable.
- Exceptional troubleshooting abilities.
- Must be comfortable with customer-facing roles including support and documentation.
