Accountant - French Speaking - French GAAP, US GAAP
Accountant - French speaking required by global organisation based in Central London. The successful candidate will work on updating accounting records to be in French. You will be required to update all of the journals and reconciliations, rethink how they are managing two sets of books. One is for French and one is for US and will also involve setting up process flows.
Required Skills:
- 6+ years relevant experience is required
- Business/Accounting degree. Professional Accounting designation is required
- Strong technical French GAAP experience is required (need to have this). Financial accounting expertise. US GAAP experience an asset.
- Analytical thinker who can identify and implement effective processes improvements
- Large accounting software package expertise (Oracle Financials preferred)
- Speak French - excellent communication in French and English.
- Strong excel skills - they will be doing formulas and checks.
