Service Manager | End User Services, O365, Apple, Adobe | Helsinki | 5 Months
We are looking for a Service Manager to End User Services for our clients project in Helsinki.
Start date: ASAP
End date: 30.9.2017
Must haves:
- Expert knowledge & experience of IT service management in End User Service delivery management support
- Expert service management knowledge in a multi-vendor environment
- Good knowledge of technologies within End User Services, eg O365, Apple, Adobe
- Experienced in supplier management
- Experienced in operating in the multi sourcing environment
- Experience in managing large vendors in outsourced environments
- Fluently in English, both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
The Customer Service Manager will provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout their organisation. The goal is to keep our clients organization running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations.
