Seeking a developer who can build a 100% mobile responsive WordPress powered website with a custom theme that looks and functions perfectly on all devices, and is easily edited throughout the WordPress admin dashboard.

It must be set up in such a way that we can operate it in house (upload and change our photographs, PDFs, text – all needed info. for the site on our end).
