Proteus Europe is searching for a Dutch speaking Sr Business Analyst / Blockchain Analyst. This is a contract role located in Brussels, Belgium with a duration of 7 months.Our Client :-
The Ministry of the Flemish Community (MVG) was from January 1, 1983 to January 1, 2006 the official organization of the Government of Flanders, where the Flemish Government policy is implemented. The ministry was divided into departments were headed by a Secretary-General. The departments knew another subdivision in administrations. The administrations were led by a Director General.
Your New role :-
Your challenge as Sr Business Analyst / Blockchain Analyst in the field of blockchain technologies is to analyze and describe existing processes and contexts using process and flow charts.
Responsibilities:
- mapping, documenting and translating business operations and needs, primarily through process analysis and business cases, for organizing and improving business processes
- Analyzing a situational context and / or process, and describe them in process flows and diagrams
- Working out and supervising Use Case workshops
- Translation of customer needs in prioritized requirements lists and project scope
- Critically examine what points service can be improved and formulate concrete proposals for this

Essential Skills :-
- You are organizational and have project management knowledge and skills
- You have the analytical ability to captured and describe existing processes as well as to think out of the box apart from the existing context
- You have knowledge and affinity with blockchain and distributed ledger technologies
- You have a communicative skillful personality, apply a customized style to the audience, and take them into your mindset, stimulates communication in two directions
- With open-mindedness and analytical ability, you can approach complex challenges, make connections and see causes, thus creating a synthesis of the collected information
- You are used to working in an agile environment
