Business Operations Assistant (Korean Speaking)

Our client, a global ICT services and solutions provider for enterprise is recruiting for a Business Operations Assistant to join their business in United Kingdom.

Position Title: Business Operations Assistant (Korean Speaking)
Position Type: Fixed term contract
Start Date: June, 2017
Duration: 11 months fixed term contract

Responsibilities:
- To support all sales-related (administrative) tasks: providing Quotations, Contracts, Raising Invoices on a regular basis
- Sales-related Report, Forecasting and other general tasks on a regular basis
- To provide sales-related info for Customers in Europe/CIS/MEA/Korea
- General sales-related tasks through SAP and Boss system (Korean Language only) including manual works
- Main counterparties are CFOs of electronics subsidiaries and Korea sales team. Therefore, the ability to speak, read and write bilingual in English/Korean is mandatory
- Maintain good and strong relationships with all key liaisons

Qualifications:
- 1 + year of experience in customer service and administrative work
- Experience with MS Excel (High level) is a must
- Fluent in both written and spoken Korean and English essential
- Experience in telecom or IT industries preferred, as well as knowledge of billing system and process
- Knowledge of sales process preferred
- Good oral and written communication skills
