OSS Business Systems Analyst OSS Business Systems Analyst required for our Berkshire client. The candidate will be responsible for analysing high level technical and business processes and aiding the design team to steer the conceptual design documentation so that good understanding is developed for producing high-level and low-level design documentation sets. The ideal candidate will have Business Analysis experience in the Telecom & ISP sectors or similar environments and be able to extract requirements on multiple levels of the business from Network to BSS systems. You must have a good understanding of assurance OSS stack and process (test and diagnostics, QOS), NGOSS and SID model, DSDM and ISEB to implementation and network awareness including VLAN and Ethernet. In addition experience of UML would be an advantage.Gehalt: Market Rate
