Position Title: NFV ICT Operation and Maintenance Solutions Architect Consultant/Adviser

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for NFV management services solutions and technical support (such as cloud computing, virtualization, etc.) toward carriers/operators.
- Responsible for the overall architecture design or hierarchical (COTS, Cloud OS, VNF) service solution architecture design related to NFV management services.
- Responsible for operation and maintenance tools, operation and maintenance organization transformation, operation and maintenance process adaptation and other aspects of NFV management services development.
- Responsible for assessment, analysis and summary of industry's NFV project service solutions, continuous optimization of the Client's NFV service solutions to enhance the Client's NFV service solutions industry competitiveness.
- Responsible for supporting on-site all major IT / NFV / SDN service projects development, program consultancy and maintenance delivery as well as for other activities; also to provide relevant technical support.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Bachelor degree or above (diploma, degree certificate, four / six English certificate) in electronics, communications, computer science and other related professional.
- Over 6 years of IT industry-related technical and work experience - with Internet data center (IDC) or cloud and virtualization technologies.
- Familiar with mobile communication network operation and maintenance.
- Mastered IT basic knowledge or mobile communication network knowledge and has at least basic operations knowledge and/or in the following:
1) IT - cloud computing and virtualization: mastered X86 architecture based on virtualization technology and features, familiar with the industry mainstream virtualization software products such as VMware, FusionSphere (Huawei autonomous cloud operating system), Openstack ( Free software and open source).
2) knowledge of mobile communication networks (CS, PS, data communications or wireless)
- CS communication knowledge: familiar with the basic concepts of GSM / WCDMA CS, network architecture and interface; familiar with WCDMA CS main signaling process; familiar with the main core of K core KPI indicators and their definition;
- familiar with the LTE network architecture, interface, protocol and the main signaling process; familiar with the PS core network key KPI indicators and their definition; understanding of the DNS / WCDMA PS basic concepts, network architecture, interface, the main signaling process; firewall and other technologies;
- Data communication: familiar with the basic principles of data communications, large IP network, data center network architecture and design; has problem processing capabilities.
- Wireless communication knowledge: familiar with 2G, 3G and 4G mobile data services related to signaling, protocol and technical specifications, with good system fault handling capabilities;
3) Knowledge of telecom operation
- familiar with eTOM, ITIL and other industry standard architecture;
- familiar with the carrier's organisation, division of responsibilities and business
processes (complaint handling, problem management, etc.);
- understand the key telecom departments (operation and maintenance department, customer service department, marketing department, etc.);
- To be proficient in at least two of the following:
1) service design: service plan and design concepts and methods. Logical thinking, strong customer interfacing and negotiation skills;
2) team management: strong team management skills, promoting teamwork, strong organization, coordination and management skills;
3) communication skills: logical thinking, clear expression, strong preach, concise and precise, advanced document writing ability;
4) strong sense of service, able to communicate effectively with customers;
- Flexible with extensive worldwide travelling.
- Fluent written and spoken English and can understand Chinese.
