Incident and Problem Manager - ITIL Incident & Problem Manager required for our City based public-sector client. You will provide management of escalated problems and their operational processes, ensuring KPIs are met and monitored and that you identify opportunities for improving the reporting tools used. You will therefore possess excellent analytical skill have recent hands-on experience in a service desk/helpdesk environment, will have excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite including and have experience working in an ITIL environment.
