Proteus Europe is searching for Dutch speaking Project Manager to join a prestigious client located in Brussels, Belgium for 6 weeks.

Our Client :-
The Ministry of the Flemish Community (MVG) was from January 1, 1983 to January 1, 2006 the official organization of the Government of Flanders, where the Flemish Government policy is implemented. The ministry was divided into departments were headed by a Secretary-General. The departments knew another subdivision in administrations. The administrations were led by a Director General.

Your New role :-

Detect and implement a concrete plan of approach for setting up the Job Management Module (APB), linking to profile management, digital staffing plan and job classification. The project also calculates and determines the required commitment of AgO and the APB rollout entities. The project leader takes the lead and streamlines the complexity and multitude of actors. Include (prepare) workshops, conversations with stakeholders, work out templates and instructions, etc.

Upgrade to PeopleSoft 9.2 with numerous technical and functional improvements.

Ongoing government assignment Talent in the Cloud -> A successful implementation of APB is crucial.

Project-based approach that considers the following aspects necessary:

- Prioritize the development of a solid manual instruction-templates process for information flow.
- Internal analysis: up to what is currently being done by b. Job classification, staff planning and translation in jobs and profiles. What is their own knowledge and expertise and capacity for this.
- Organization of organizations according to their present state of affairs and their current knowledge, expertise and capacity, in short, according to their current maturity, in a few categories.
- Identifying a roadmap that provides different support for the different categories of organizations. In short, concrete timings and phases represent each entity depending on how far they are. In this regard, we call for the integration of job classification / PEP support and on job and profile management immediately.
- For this different support we can deal with some APB, including the following modalities:

- Set conditions, eg. Approved staff plan drawn up in fucla (by functionally competent minister); Approved organizational chart (by management) as basis
