You’re a natural-born problem solver with experience practicing both User Experience and Interaction Design. You implement your designs through an iterative process and design techniques, you simply love to prototype. You have a clear strategy and a strong creative thinking behind your ideas, and you have no problem communicating how your solutions fulfil the needs of the users and the business. You create and translate sitemaps, user journeys, and wireframes into pixel-perfect, engaging user interfaces. You have a great understanding of typography and design principles across multiple devices. You love to learn a little about everything, but you are also all about the details. You are happy in an environment that allows you to develop your skills fluidly, with a team that always has your back and encourages you along the way. You say yes to learning something new, regardless if it’s a new technology or designing a typeface. But overall and most importantly, you are a humble person with a calling.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge in the Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch
- Strong creative thinking, but also the ability to execute concepts and designs flawlessly
- Great knowledge of user centered design and usability principles
- Great organizational and time-management skills
- Great understanding of the opportunities and limitations within digital design
- Excellent verbal skills that enable you to sell your concepts and designs to internal and external teams and stakeholders
- Thriving in a high-paced environment and managing different projects simultaneously
- Experience in planning, coordinating, and conducting user research activities
- Experience in print design
- Knowledge in prototyping tools and applications such as InVision, Marvel or Framer.js
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role
Bonus
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS, Javascript
- Animation knowledge in software such as After Effects and Cinema 4D
