The Challenge
As a ruby Senior UX/UI Designer, you’ll join an elite team working on properties such as Ashley Madison, CougarLife, and Established Men. You’ll be involved in all stages of developing the products. You’ll help create new product ideas, guide the product roadmap and spec out what the next generation will look like. We look for individuals who thrive in an environment where they will work creatively, take initiative and deliver on commitments.
Here’s what you’ll do
- Design cutting edge apps and websites?
- Help come up with innovative UI & UX solutions
- Work closely with the creative, product, and development teams
- Consult on upcoming design patterns and UI best practices
Here’s what you’ll need
- Passion for good user experience and design
- 5 plus years of experience with website and mobile app design
- A high awareness of industry trends and design patterns
- An understanding of design theory and usability fundamentals
- Up to date Front-End, HTML5, CSS3 skills
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and or other graphic software packages
- Experience creating mockups, high-fidelity wireframes and process flow
- Experience designing and coding for responsive layouts
- Experience designing and prototyping mobile & web applications
- Experience creating style guides
- Experience using version control
- Experience with modern JS & CSS frameworks: Twitter Bootstrap, Pure, Backbone etc.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Innovative problem solving skills
It would be awesome if you had
- Experience with Framer
- Experience with server-side CSS such SASS or LESS
- Knowledge of product design
- Illustration skills
- Animation skills
