IT Service Centre Manager IT Service Centre Manager required by my client, a market-leading blue-chip based in Canary Wharf for a 6 month contract. The successful candidate will manage an IT Service Desk of around 18 staff and play an integral role within the wider Service Delivery team. Through the effective management of your team you will support 3000 users; providing incident handling and management, ensuring that the lifecycle of all incidents are fully managed, ensuring quality thresholds are met, resolving failures in service and maintaining a high level of customer service by managing the expectations of the each user. In order to be selected for this role you will need to have experience of managing a Service Centre of a similar scale (approx 3000 users, 12000 calls per month), experience of managing budgets, ITIL certification at least to foundation level and strong experience of supporting Microsoft products.
