Proteus Europe is searching for a Dutch speaking Lead Tester to join a prestigious client located in Eindhoven, Netherlands. This is a contract position with a duration of 7 months.Our Client :-

Your New role :-
- Facilitate the countries and the project member in a test related activities in an agile environment with constant test related activities
- Creative in balancing all activities over multiple countries in a short time window (regression test, new functionality)
- All responsibilities of test planning.
- Make sure the proper client test processes are being followed
- Prepare the Quality Center
- Prepare test environments (configured and proper data sets are available)
- Update runbooks for testing
- Monitorand Report status of testing activities to key stakeholders
- Challenge status quo
- Understand business need
Your Skills and experience :-
Essential Skills :-
In close cooperation with PO/BA:
- Create/review testing scope/scripts for business testers
- Estimation of required business test capacity
- Creation of a detailed day-to-day UAT test planning for business testers
- Prepare and lead Triage meetings
- Review defects, define severity and priority for each defect (triage)
- Follow up on defect fixing and retesting with project and countries
In close cooperation with Change manager/Project Manager:
- All test related communication to countries
- Pro-actively reach out to countries to follow up on progress/actions required and to support them where needed
- Align with business on test planning and required test capacity
- Define acceptance criteria for go / no go meeting(s)
- Prepare go/no go meeting and go / no report
Additionally the lead tester needs to have the proper lead tester skills such as:
- Planning and organisation
- Result orientation
- Strong communicator
- Analytical (progress, numbers etc)
- Experienced in an international organization
