Description

The roles as Oracle Functional Analysts are to work on a large scale Oracle ERP finance system implementation. The Oracle Functional Analyst will be required to work with Functional teams (customer business teams and SI Implementation teams) to development Functional Design cover various modules.

Experience required in:

Relevant functional implementation experience (Oracle eBS)

High level technical knowledge of Oracle tables, interfaces and API's

Experience writing functional designs

The consultant would be required to develop detailed functional designs across a variety of identified RICEFW inventory items for transition to offshore technical design teams. This will involve engaging with the Accenture SI Oracle ERP functional delivery teams and the Customer's business teams to interpret systemised process maps to feed into the creation of these functional designs.

A description of responsibilities for these roles includes:

Drive meetings with the client and manage the design phase related to respective modules

Prepare design alternatives and design specification documents including functional designs across all RICEFW inventory types

Lead presentation of Solution Definition Findings

Implement leading practises, leveraging standard functionality to reduce reliance on customisation

Prepare for and lead Conference Room Pilots

Conduct Systems Design Workshops

Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement

Provide Management Reporting for progress and status for all Business related Work Products/
Deliverables.

The areas where resources are required are:

Order to Cash

Record to Report, including across General Ledger, Cash and Accrual Accounting, Oracle Budgets Module, Cash and Accrual Accounting, Oracle AGIS Intercompany/Inter PSB and Cash Management

Procure to Pay, including across Purchasing, Accounts Payable and Inventory. Bring specialist knowledge in Oracle Order Management Module, Oracle Receivables Module, Sub-ledger Accounting, Purchasing, Accounts Payables, General Ledger and Cash Management Modules.
