Be part of the Operations & Technology Commercial team developing and supporting Purchase Control systems within the broader Smart Data platform.
Plan and manage medium to large sized Commercial projects of moderate to high complexity while ensuring project results contribute positive business value and meet agreed on scope, cost, schedule and quality objectives.
Ensure the SAFe Agile process is followed, without shortcuts, to ensure the seamless delivery of software to market, acting as a Scrum Master

Task
Facilitate the team's Scrum ceremonies, ie Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective
Liaise with the Product Owner and the Systems Analysts in order to ensure completeness and clarity of user stories and acceptance criteria
Oversee various projects of a moderate complexity.
Ensure timely and accurate communication with project staff and key stakeholders throughout the life cycle of the project.
Regularly communicate to management regarding the status of specific project deliverables.
Identifies and remove impediments to the Scrum Teams delivery by working with people outside of the team to resolve external dependencies and roadblocks.
Provide technical support to Business Owners during implementation of new products/services.
Promote visibility and transparency, particularly by keeping information radiators up to date (white boards, ALM boards, etc) and reminding the team to update tasks.
Coach/mentor team on the Agile Scrum methodology in order to constantly improve the Scrum team's standards of work
Profile
Broad knowledge in the areas of strategy, planning and project management required processes and techniques.
In-depth knowledge of project planning techniques and automated project planning tools.
Extensive knowledge and experience in managing scrum teams and the Agile (Scrum, SAFe) process.
Extensive knowledge of project management processes, systems development methods, organizational change management concepts, and business process improvement methods.
Experience working with technical applications and/or information systems, or equivalent.
Knowledge of payments industry preferred.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to make effective presentations and communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients
