Description
My international financial clients seeks 2 Quality Assurance ( QA ) Test Engineers to support functional tests of the client Investment Funds systems. The complex functionality, high reliability and availability will thoroughly challenge your testing skills and provide ample opportunities for continuous improvement.
The role includes:
Design functional test cases from specification
Test cases execution & automation
Share functional and technical knowledge in the team
Raise and triage defects and issues
Track and report test results
Support business testers
Required skills and experience:
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Excellent team spirit and communication skills
Ability to triage failures, identify root-causes, and define corrective actions/solutions
Willingness to share ideas, knowledge and experience with team members
Highly committed to challenging deadlines, curious and motivated
Use initiative to resolve problems, willingness to learn
Solution oriented, able to set priorities and deliver under periods of higher stress
Willingness to travel
Beneficial working experience or knowledge:
Knowledge in information technology and software testing certificate
Financial markets/Investment Funds overview
Knowledge of SQL, XSD and XML transformation, SWIFT standards
Experience with automation tools and frameworks
Awareness of Quality Assurance procedures & supporting software tools
Comfortable collaborating with other vocations - PM, BA, QA, etc
