6 month PCI Analyst Consultant
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Selling Point: 6 month contract as a PCI Analyst, PCI Compliance payment card industry data security standards PCI DSS compliance audits.
The primary responsibility of the PCI Compliance Analyst is to support the efforts in order to maintain a continuous state of compliance and to regularly monitor the Company's PCI Program's effectiveness. Essential Duties & Responsibilities. You will assist with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) compliance audits.
Coordinate and perform periodic self-assessment of PCI DSS requirements to help ensure and maintain continuous state of compliance.
Evaluate and interpret PCI DSS and Privacy requirements and provide guidance to process owners and control owners on the objective and intent of the requirements.
Conduct regular gap analysis of technical and business security controls against PCI compliance standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Applicable industry certifications is a plus: CISA, CISSP, CIPP, etc.
Two (2) years of experience in information technology in a PCI or regulatory compliance auditor position preferred.
Ability to work and collaborate with auditors and assessors.
Demonstrated experience in operational and IT auditing.
Fundamental understanding of PCI DSS requirements.
Understanding of information systems and networking diagrams.
Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
